1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Perishable goods, personal care items, and sale/clearance products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. How to Process a Return
- Contact our team to initiate your return and provide details about your order and the reason for returning the item(s).
- We may ask for photos of damaged or incorrect goods to assist with processing your request quickly.
- Bring the item(s) to our store or arrange for collection as instructed by our staff.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund using your original payment method, or offer store credit as you prefer.
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on stock availability.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will replace them at no extra cost to you.
